Our History
Damon and Candie are the owners of River City Driving School. They both grew up in Round Rock, Texas, and made roots in Hutto, Texas. Candie is a part of the Madrid family that settled in Hutto, Texas. Her grandfather Marcelino Madrid was a TV repairman in Taylor, Texas. Damon is a small-business owner of a pool-cleaning company, and Candie continues to work in the legal field. Mrs. Linda inspired the couple to open a second business in the Taylor area, a driving school. The couple is avid sports fans and spends a lot of time with their children and grandchildren.
